note-(if you get late for addmission or your selected collage cut off above 95.6 then in case you are not able to select or not able to get you favourite stream make sure what collage you want and get they detail it help you alot.)

Coming to your question at this percentile your rank will nearly to the 50k ,and at this rank it is very difficult to get into an good NiT with the best branch but you can get the north east nit at the last round of counselling but I will not prefer that instead you can go for the gfti.

The gfti that you can get is ggu Bilaspur,

 Guru kangri vishwavidyalya in Haridwar etc you can go for that and you will get cse branch in this colleges too.

You can also go for the state counselling too.
