Hope you are doing well!! As ASTU have provided the merit list and according to the merit list you will be able to seat in 1st counseling round. And as per your concern see as per previous year cut off with that particular rank you can get into government colleges under CEE. You can get Jorhat engineering college (JEC) or Jorhat institute of science and technology (JIST). Hope these helped you.
