If you will look at the previous year cutoffs for the various NITs then leaving only a few prestigious NITs like MNIT, Allahabad and NIT, Trichy, you can get Computer Science in most of them especially in NIT, Kurukshetra.

If you are looking for ECE branch then congratulations you can get this branch in most of the good NITs.
