Hello my friend.!
The actual procedure is, in second counselling you have to select the colleges of your choice excluding the college you have been alloted in the first counselling. You can even select the same College for different/ same branch. I assure you that you need not to select same College In second counselling. If you have not been alloted with any colleges that you selected in 2nd counselling, automatically the college alloted in first counselling will be alloted
