The rank predictor tool works on the algorithm of previous years data samples.
The formula to calculate your probable rank  is  'The number of students written the exam' * (100- your percentile) /100.
But since more students will be writing the exams again in April the numbers may change, but there will be very slight difference!

Well, yeah ,it should vary and as well whatever rank you are saying it's a predictable rank na , not any from official. so it will vary can't say increase or decreases.

But calm down it' sure it will not vary by a large margin , slightly it will vary whatever you have your prediction!
