The word "Fail" has been replaced by the word ER , which stands for Essential Re-appear. Students who have received ER are obliged to retake all of the courses in the CBSE Class 12 (or 10) board exams the next year.

Repeat Theory is referred to as RT . The theoretical and practical papers for CBSE Class 12 students must be passed in order to pass the test. Students who have RT against a subject are required to show up for the compartment examinations' theoretical paper.

So, as your result shows ER then you have to appear for CBSE exam next year again for all subjects.
