There are so many Companies which do not demand any academic criteria for selection. But some may want minimum Academics percentage like 60 %, 70 % and so on overall. If you do not have 60 % in 12th, then do not worry. Please focus on your skills and projects in MCA program. You will definitely get good response.

Many companies keep cut off of 50% marks in graduation. So it will not hamper your placement. But there can be few companies which ask for more than 60%.
