Obviously you can though you might not be able to get admission into government engineering colleges but there are many private engineering colleges out there that will give you admission even with this percentile. Moreover, at the time of placement you board percentage do not holds that much importance, it is the knowledge of your branch your skills and your personality that'll help to get a job.
