There are no any criteria for the subject wise minimum mark for JEE Mains, only your total marks matters, for JEE Advanced, you need to score minimum marks individually in each of the subjects.

It should be noted that it's your total mark that matters. If your maths and chemistry total is more than the qualifying marks, then the minus one wouldn't be a problem.

If overall you get the qualifying marks then you are eligible no matter in any of the subjects what marks you have got.

It doesn't matter if you get - 1 in physics chemistry or mathematics. The only condition that you have to fulfill to give the JEE advanced examination is that you need to clear your means to clear that you have to have the score that is the total score should be above the cutoff for your category and if you are able to clear your category score by any means you are good to go.

What about the other subjects? Chances of being selected will be more if you have a caste quota.
