Hello dear
With this rank ; there are very less chances to get CSE in good college if you are from general category.
You will get other core branches like electrical ; Mechanical ; electronic etc. as per the previous year details and cut offs.
And if you belong to a category student ; you will get CSE .
And fee for nit is generally near about 60-70 thousand per semester ( excluding food and hostel) .
