Congratulations. You can get computer science with any specialisation in any of the campus of  vit. I will suggest you to go for computer science with specialisation in information security.

With such good rank I am sure you'll be able to get VIT vellore, the main campus the cut offs of branches changes every year as the cut offs may depends upon various factors like number of applicants fill the form, number of applicants finally appeared in the exam, number of questions asked in the exam, difficulty level of the exam, performance of the candidate, previous year's cut offs trends but if you look at the cut offs for CSE from past 2-3 years they were less than 10k the cut off for cse in 2017 was around 7k though this years's cut offs aren't out yet but I think and as the viteee college predictors predicts that you can get CSE very easily.
