If you have already paid the tution fee , received the seat allotment in CMR college in the first counselling, if you don’t wish to join and the participate in second counselling for another college, and if you get seat in a better college in second counselling, then the tution fee will be automatically transferred to the college at which you have received the admission in second counselling. If you don’t like the college that you have got in second counselling you cannot go back the first counselling alloted college. So, You need to be careful, when choose othet college than this college.
