Hello there. Hope you are doing good. I would like to tell you that in BMS degree, you need to have economics, maths/statistics, business studies, english as your main subject to get admission in the program. Being a humanities student, it will be difficult for you to switch to management subjects. Also, you will not be eligible for getting admission in most of the colleges. So, my suggestion for you is to look for a degree that is related to your own stream or some degree that has common eligibility.
