Since you don't have all of physics, chemistry and biology in your graduation, i.e in your bams so you need to choose the code 02 dear  as your highest qualification in which you had physics , chemistry and biology is your 10+2 . So you need to choose the code 02 dear. This is because the code 02 is for those who have qualified 10+2 in the year 2019 or before with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as subjects.
