Hello Jaya, If the caste certificate is permanent caste certificate then it is valid for 2019 counselling, if not you need to apply on E-seva or Mee-seva for new caste certificate. But the income Certicate is not valid for 2019 counselling, you need to get income certificate which is not older than 6 months or issued after march 2019. Hope you understand.
