Dear Aspirant

If you have given the willingness as YES for up-gradation in the 2nd round for Online Deemed/Central Universities UG Counseling-2019 by reporting to the allotted Institute in the 1st round (Deemed university "C") and completed the admission formalities then it means that you will retain the seat ("C") even if you didn't get college "A" or "B" in round-2.
