I have less number in class 12th in bs.c courses and b pharma please tell me the name of colleges who take entrance exams?

Hello Shivam
If you have more than 55% marks in your PCM, then you can apply for admission at IP University, Delhi.
It is a state university that conducts it's own Common Entrance Exams (CET). If you belong to Delhi, then it will be the best option for you as 85% seats are reserved for candidates belonging to Delhi region.
