In case you have lost your inter long memo, you can apply for a duplicate from the board that you completed intermediate from. Take a look at the steps below to see how to apply.
Go to the college where you studied Intermediate and inform that you lost your long memo.
The college will give you a letter (bonafide or request letter) addressed to the Board of Intermediate Education (BIE).
Go to your state’s Board of Intermediate Education office of your state (for example, BIEAP for Andhra Pradesh or BIE Telangana for Telangana).
You’ll need to submit:
The letter from the college
A copy of your hall ticket or any ID proof
An FIR or police complaint stating that your memo is lost
Application form for duplicate marks memo
Fee payment receipt (you can pay at the counter or through challan)
Collect the duplicate – The board will verify the details and issue a duplicate long memo. However, this could take a couple of days.
