You need to be careful in those things which are related to your future. You can look for the hall ticket number which is printed on the admit card.If not then you can check your registered email for which they sent a confirmation mail with details during your registration time.

Otherwise try to contact college authority ,they might have the all the deatils,otherwise try to get help from the higher authorities through your college.
