Hi,

Hope you are doing well. In case of payment failure, if money is deducted from your account then the best way is to contact JOSAA officials. You can contact them using their official email id. All contact details are mentioned in the official website of JOSAA. You should also keep in contact with your bank to know about the financial status of your transaction.
