Similar glitches havê been reported by many candidates trying to pay for the AIIMS Registration Fee form. AIIMS has not released any official notification regarding the dealing with this issue. Most likely, it will be resolved eventually if not immediately. Moreover, you can try again using a different browser, clear cache, clear browsing history, restart, re-login and then try it again. In any case, if the amount is debited twice, it will be refunded back to your account. This process may take a while but do not worry, it will be done.  If none of this works, try reaching out to them by either writing an email or getting on call..
