See if the correction window is turned off i.e., if you missed the date of correction then there are no such ways of correction at least online. Now if you wish to take some way out to change the details then as per me there are no better options apart from contacting the EAMCET.

I would recommend you to contact the numbers provided in the official website and get your problem discussed with the officials of the EAMCET, they will surely give you some advise and if it can or cannot be changed, you will get sure about that.
