No, you cannot take TS EAMCET Re-Test if you have missed to appear for the actual test. There will no such provision given for the candidates. But last year there was an exception for the candidates who were tested positive to Covid-19 and couldn't appear for that reason. There might be such exception this year as well, but it is not yet announced officially. The authorities will inform officially if they conduct exam for such candidates. The candidates with another illness cannot appear if there was such provision to appear for re-test.
