No i dont think it would create any problem. As the only thing which must be correctly filled on omr is roll no, and name of candidate , By using your roll no they analyse who's the students is . they fetch other data from your application form and even if in worse case if it creates any problem you can contact with official regrading your issue they will help you.

As you have mentioned your Father's first name on omr chances are that it will  not create any problem. Hope for the best.
