If you do not pay the fee after modifying your RRB JE application, the modified application will not be accepted.
However, your original (first) submitted application remains valid if its fee was already paid.
The system treats the modification as a new submission, which requires payment.
Non-payment will only cancel the modified version, not the first one. So, your first application will not be rejected because of this.
