I have neither frozen nor select any seat which is alloted to me in 1st round councelling of upsee??

Hello,

If the seats will be left then the special round may take place in upsee counselling if possible to fill all the seats

If not then this means that there are no seats unfilled so you wont be able to get the government college but you may get the private colleges affiliated to upsee.
