Sakshi, when you downloaded your NEET Admit card, a copy of it was also sent to your Registered Email Id. Take your Registration Number from there and login to the official website with your credentials and download your result. If you do not have it in your Email Inbox, reach out to NTA'S helpdesk at: neet @nta.ac.in from your Registered Email Id and they will help you. These are the only 2 ways.
