Dear Aspirant,

Almost 85% of the seats in colleges in Uttar Pradesh are reserved for the students of the state. To avail, these reservation students have to have domicile proof. In case you do not have a domicile proof then you will not be able to get admission in these 85% seats and only 15% of the seats are available for you.

However, if you are a resident of UP and just don't have your certificate ready yet, then I suggest you must get your certificate ready ASAP because losing these many seats(85%) is not a good idea.
