If you don't have interest just accept the seat and wait for second counselling or else you may end up in getting seat nowhere if you don't get good seat in second counselling just block that seat and you are still eligible for second counselling.

If you donot wish to take admission in the college alloted to you, don't worry. 

You donot need to pay the fees of the college. You may simply deny your seat and wait for the counseling of the second round to begin for the admission .
