i have no maths in class 11th and 12th can i apply bca and best college and i haven't computer science and in my 12th class marks are not good

Yes .. you can apply for BCA , but a basic understanding of Mathematics will be required throughout the 6 semester in this course :
BCA Basic eligibility : Min 50% marks in 12th qualifying exam from any recognized board
