Yeah off course you can able to give the JEE Mains examination because JEE mains has not any eligibility like percentage cuttoff with this percentage also you can able to take the admission in any good private college but yaah getting it into the elite institutes like IIT and NIT'S you need to have a score of atleast 75% in the Class 12th.

Yes you can apear for Jee Main exam but cannot be eligible for the NITs, IIITs and IITs but eligible for all private engineering colleges under Jee main  

However if your in top20 percentile of your board you can be eligibility for IIT and NITs .
