The candidates who have selected Choice 2 in First Round who have made the payment, Choice 3 candidates of First Round and the candidates who are not allotted any seat in First Round are eligible to participate in second round of Karnataka PGCET counselling. As you aren't allotted seat in first round of the counselling you can participate in second round of the counselling and you do not have to pay any fee to participate in second phase counselling. The options that you have filled in first round of the counselling will be considered for second round seat allotment.

You don't have to feel sad if you have not got any college in the first round of counselling and you can login on the official portal and select the choice 2 option in order to appear for the second round of counselling.
