Below are the official cutoff percentile released by NTA for JEE Mains 2020.

• Common Rank List (CRL) - 90.3765335
• GEN-EWS - 70.2435518
• Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) - 72.8887969
• Scheduled Caste (SC) - 50.1760245
• Scheduled Tribe (ST) - 39.0696101
• PwD - 0.0618524

So if your percentile in JEE Mains 2020 is below the official cutoff Percentile according to your respective category, then you have not qualified in JEE Mains.
If you have not qualified in JEE Mains, then you won't be able to appear for JEE Advanced and even won't be able to register for. JOSAA counseling for admission into NITs IIITs and GFTIs.

So even if you are able to register for JEE Advanced 2020, your application form would be rejected and you won't be issued any admit card. It would be a waste of the application form fees.
Instead you can go for some top private engineering colleges in India which conduct their own entrance exams which are very easy as compared to JEE Mains.
