Hello Malhotra Saksham,
No, you can't apply for November exam for SSC.As the basic and compulsory education qualifications required under SSC CGL eligibility is holding a Bachealor degree/Graduation or any equivalent qualifications from a recognized university.If you want to give SSC exam for any post atleast you should be in your graduation. Only then you can apply for this exam.
