JEE Main 2025: College Predictor | Marks vs Percentile vs Rank

Hello Gaurav,
I will try to answer this query.
See, For JEE Advanced, exam you get one less attempt than JEE Main(3 attempts) exam. Hence, the total number of attempts(years) for JEE Advanced is two. One in the passing year of JEE Advanced and the other one is in succeeding year.
Now coming back to your question, if you are giving improvement exam on the admission of your last admission in 12th that means lets say your original 12th exam was in 2020 but you were not satisfied by your result or failed then you are giving 12th exam again, then you will not get two chances for JEE Advanced exam. But if you are freshly giving 12th exam in 2021 here i mean if you are not giving improvement exam or with not that same old admission of 2020 then you will get two attempts for JEE Advanced.
