Hi Sarthak,

If you have your marksheet then it will be of no problem to you. During counseling, you just have to contact the administration of the college and explains to them that your certificate does not yet come from CBSE, and as soon as it will, you will produce it to the college.

They might want you to either write an application to the college authorities or an email. But they will allow you some time to produce the document.
