You haven't mentioned the which exam application your query is about so it is difficult to answer your query accurately. Please open the respective candidate login portal and click on 'forgot password?' option and fill the details which are displayed on the screen and do the necessary. Once you retrieve the old password or reset the password save it somewhere so that you won't forget it again.
