Since you have not qualified JEE Advance , so you cannot apply colleges through JEE Advance. But don't worry there are many options.

You can take admission in colleges through JEE Mains score and percentile. You can predict your college through the following link

You can apply in private colleges which take admission through Boards marks only.

This year many colleges are giving admission on the basis of JEE Mains or boards exam. So you can apply for them.

If you don't want to take admission in the colleges you would be getting now and you are confident then you can drop a year and prepare for JEE Advance and score well next time.
