If any candidate didnot registered thereselves in the 1st round of counselling processes tgen they cannot appear for admissions in any colleges. All they can do is to wait for the registrations of 2nd counselling processes and then apply there for counselling and after that the seat allotments results will be given and you have to go and take admission in that particular college where you get the seat.
