I have not studied MATHs in 12th and I am interested in computer and I want to become a programmer. so I can join BCA?

It requires Maths as most of the universities dont offer admission to non-maths candidates as basic maths is compulsory for the same but below few universities/colleges dont consider maths as a compulsory subject to provide admission in BCA program like :
MDU,Rohtak
PTU, Punjab
Christ University, Bangalore
Universal college, Bnagalore
