see eligibility criteria differs as per college wise. to study b.a in economics you must have mathematics in 10+2 course to study under delhi university affiliated colleges. however you may apply for private university like OP Jindal global university for b.a in economics. eligibility criteria is  candidate must passed the examination at the 10+2 level of schooling or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. Students completing their 10+2 in 2021 can also apply.
