Uploading the EWS certificate in JEE Advanced won't help your ranking in JEE Main, it would be applicable on only the ranking for IITs. In JEE Main, you'll still get seats through Common Merit List not the seats reserved for EWS quota. The last date for correction in JEE Main application form was 15 March'19 which was later extended to 16 March'19. So, I would suggest you to drop a mail at jeemain-nta@nic.in stating your situation with supporting documents and requesting the authorities to change your category to EWS, if possible.

Sorry to say you but you can't update now.Only this information can be given on jee main application form.After that you can't. So don't think about it just prepare for your exam .Do best at your exam . Best of luck.
