I have not uploaded a photograph that has my name and date is there any problem

You are asking for which entrance exam?
If you are asking for JEE Main then there will be no problem in case you have not mention the name and date in your photograph. Only requirement is that your image should be clear.
CBSE had also send the messages to the candidates who have discrepancy in their image.
