Yes, you can wear your specs during the exams and they will allow you in the exam hall. If they want to verify you with your image, just take of your specs once and show them that you are the same person. But your specs should be prescribed by the doctor and you must have proper prescription for it. Without proper prescription or any stylish frames may not be allowed.
