NT- C falls under Central OBC list and so you have to select your Category as OBC.

I am from maharashtra from NT-C , I know that I come under OBC-NCL category for admission at national colleges but do I have to make a seperate certificate of OBC or my NT-C certificate is okay? I aslo have NCL certificate but its NT-C. Please help me.
