According to your profile you belongs to Maharashtra and in Maharashtra Nomadic Tribes get reservation benefits under OBC category and NT stands for Nomadic Tribes so if your sub-category is NT-D then you should fill your category as OBC in GDS Post office recruitment application form.

But note that if you belongs to any other state like Gujarat or Bihar then please mention it because in some states it comes under SC or SEBC as well.
