Due to the ongoing corona pandemic all the government documents are issued online and thus are signed digitally. This is accepted in most of the Universities and counselings as long as the format is correct and proves that you belong to a certain category. So make sure that the format is correct and is signed by the concerned authority.

But do make sure that you have a hardcopy of it during future document verification.
