Dear aspirant,

If you have obc certificate as you have mentioned then you are absolutely eligible for your obc non creamy layer. But EWS you can't apply that as you don't fall under general category.

EWS are for those whose family income is less than 8L per annum , they don't own a land of more than 5 acres ,they should not own a flat of more than 1000 sqft.

So , you should apply for obc not EWS.
