I have Odisha domicile for Neet 2020 , If I give exam in Gujarat, will it affect my state counseling procedure ?

Your exam centre has nothing to do with your Domicile criteria. You can appear for NEET anywhere in India and still be eligible for your State Counselling. So if you appear for NET in Gujarat, it doesnt affect your Bihar domicile.
