The eligibility criteria to appear in CMA inter exam are:

• The candidate should have completed high secondary or its equivalent education from any recognized board
• The candidate should have studied any graduation level degree in any stream except fine arts from any recognized university.

Since, you have ATKT on sem 4, you need to clear them before CMA exam, otherwise you won't be eligible to appear in the exam.

Once you clear your B.Com final year without any backlogs, you can apply for CMA inter exam.
